可以瘦身又可以解決便秘的方法??

我是個胖子，但是也有嚴重便秘 所以….我會胖是不是因為我的便秘阿? 那是不是說只要我的便秘改善了 我就會瘦勒? 那有改善便秘又能減肥的兩全其美的好辦法?? 有的快快告訴我 謝謝大家~...
